Electrical Power to Motor Home

Just took delivery of a 2023 Sunseeker Classic 2860DS. In our storage garage, we have it connected to 120V AC. Inside the MH, the electrical outlets are not live. However, with the generator running, they are live. I assume that at an RV park, those outlets will be live. My big question is that in the storage garage and connected, will the converter be live so as to keep the house batteries charged?

If properly connected to 120 volts AC, your circuits should be live. Transfer switch should switch the input from the generator to the 120 volt source.

How exactly are you connected in your storage garage? What outlets and adapters are you using?

When connected in your storage garage, does your microwave work?

The answer to the big question is yes. As for your general problem, check the power coming from the storage unit. If the power is good, then the problem most likely is the automatic transfer switch ATS. You can find it under the bed. That's where it is for our 2022.
