Empty Fresh Water Tank

I am new to RVing and love this forum. We have a 2010 Sun Seeker 2300 and am looking to empty the fresh to winterize. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to empty the tank. I could not find and "outside" valve (did find low points)....any help would be appreciated...thanks

There should be a tube hanging down beneath the trailer with a valve on it, somewhere near the FW tank itself. Might actually be two--one drain tube and one breather/vent.

In the 2nd storage compartment up the right side from the back, there should be a removable panel at the back which hides the water pump and plumbing. A drain valve will be there on a vertical piece of PVC pipe. Turn that 90 degrees, and the tank, and all the cold pipes, should empty through the lower portion of that pipe which goes through the belly of the RV. The hot water drain is right next to that pipe outlet; unscrew the cap on that to drain the hot water side. Don't forget to turn the 3 valves to bypass the hot water heater and pull the anode rod to drain that tank.

water tank

The water pump and hot water looks like it is under the bed (a knob under the mattress). I see three valves to the hot water heater and another valve (horizontal between the hot water and water filter) which when opened water is coming out of the bottom of the RV...I would assume that is the valve for the fresh tank (water is flowing out slowly at the bottom of RV). Thanks for the help....
