Only place I've ever seen drip holes in an exhaust system is the muffler. Usually hole at each end near the crimp or welded end.
If your is leaking at a joint where two pipes come togather via a clamp or flange, it may just need to be tightened. If it's at a bend or somewhere at a place where the pipe was bent (sometimes there will be "crinkles" from the bend), then you have a hole that should NOT be there.
May need to get it welded over or replaced.
