Too many variables here.
Can you post a photo of your television and it’s position in your rig.
My Sunseeker has a TV and entertainment center in the overhead cab part……but I have a Trekker cab.

My 2019 Forester 2861DS has a swing out 40" TV mounted to the front of the cabinet above the over head bunk. I swing it out when camping and angle it towards the couch and dinette and have no viewing problems. I travel with it locked along the side wall of the bunk area.

I think we all need to see a photo of your over cab entertainment center arrangement to be able to advise. Nonetheless, our 2020 Sunseeker has the TV front center above the cab (no overcab bunk). The TV mount supplied from the factory allows the TV to be pulled away from the cabinetry and angled towards the dinette, in our case, within the range it has before it would bump one of the cabinets on either side of the the TV. We did have some difficulty getting much use out of the mount in the beginning, then I figured out that Forest River had installed the mount upside down. After I reconfigured the mount installation, it works well.

Here’s two variations of having the TV entertainment Center in the overhead cab part. TV in the center………TV to the side…..
Does yours look like either of these?

Here is a little tip. If it’s within a couple hours, you can edit your previous post to add something if you’d rather not make another post.

Here are photos of our stock TV mount. We tilt it toward the dinette, as we chose a motorhome with no sofa. Maybe the OP can get behind the telly and swap out the mount for one with a hinged arm.
