Forester schematics for renovation

I'm in the market for a new / used RV for use as a mobile clinic.

I looked at a 3051s today which I liked the width of the midline areas.

My project would be to "gut" the bedroom and make it into a treatment room.

What items are under the torso / upper portions of the bed that would interfere with creating a plain simple office.

(I'm basically going to remove the bed and cabinets and be able to add either a Murphy bed or add in bed for or vacation uses of the rv.

Is there anywhere I can find a schematic of what's Hidden from view in the underside of the bed and the slide areas.

Under the headboard end of the bed is all the wiring (120 AC & 12 VDC) and plumbing both fresh and gray sewage (flex) that goes from the chassis to the slide. This comes through the floor mid bed. The area that is in the slide has a boxed in platform to house the above. The wardrobe cabinets also house the fresh water tank.

IMHO it would be quite a task to reconfigure the bedroom area to provide clear floor space in the middle of the room.

Another possibility to consider might be a used office trailer. They are readily available in most areas and are already configured in an open floor plan

I just did an eBay search for "construction office trailer" and got dozens of results. Office trailers are not as "pretty" as RV trailers but they are super easy to customize
