Forrester Converter

We are having trouble with our Power converter isn't charging the battery it keeps blowing the breaker. We put a new battery in it but that didn't work. the breaker keeps blowing thanks for you help if any one has a suggestion.

Disconnect your negative lead off your battery and try your converter again...if it blows breaker again, either you have a short in the wiring or the converter is defective.
