Fresh Water Drain

Was attempting to fill my fresh water tank for the first time after previously having city water at sites. As I’m filling it’s draining out an uncapped rubber blue tube next to a red tube with a capped end. There was a little (very little) water remaining in the system but 99+% had drained out.

Can I just cap the blue tube or is there something else I’m missing?

Is there any kind of panel in a compartment above where its draining? There may/Should be a valve to turn off. That's haw a lot of them are. Mine is behind a panel with the valve, pump and on board water filter housing. The compartment is right behind the pass right rears.

Your water pump wasn't running was it?
Usually red and blue together are the low point drains for the hot and cold water lines but water shouldn't run out the cold low point drain if you were only filling the fresh water tank.
OTOH, my fresh water tank drain is blue and is capped (my unit is much different) but it's not near a red hose/line.

My valve for the blue drain is also with the water pump and filter behind a panel in the compartment above the drain.
