Front Running Lights

I shared this issue last year. I lost one of the lenses on a trip to the Canadian Rockies. Upon our return, I assumed it would be no big deal and locate one online or from my dealer to replace it. To my surprise, the manufacturer of the lights went out of business. I was not able to find them ANYWHERE!. I contacted several suppliers found online and worked with my dealer with no luck. Someone did forward me an eBay vendor that stated he had them, but only had red lenses remaining. I worked with my dealer here in MN and we decided to replace all of the front lights with a chrome LED alternative. Unfortunately my struggle went from just trying to acquire one simple lense to replacing all of the front lights. Good luck.

For some reason finding replacements ( especially LED upgrades) for many RV driving lights is a difficult task. I have had the best luck purchasing slightly larger LED replacements and replacing the entire fixture. Not only do they look great, but you can attach/seal them correctly and eliminate future problems.

X2 I found signs of leakage on about half of the marker lights on my previous RockWood Ultra Lite.
If you're going to have to change out the entire fixture then it's the perfect time to change and properly seal them all!!

Pic of the types of lights might help. I had to replace my clearance lights all together because the company that made them is no longer in business. I have a 2013 FR Solera.

I got my led lights from northern tool. Many auto parts stores and camper supply stores also have them. Much easier to find the assembly than the lens. They are easy to change, just remember that leds are polarity sensitive. Connect the wires and test before you screw them down.

Those look like the ones I had and as I stated I had to replace them completely because as I was told the company went out of business. I looked every where for them including on the internet but no luck. I went with a LED button style which took a little work to install but they look great on it now. You can see pic of it on forum (front clearance lights). It also has information about the old lights in the topic. Good Luck.

I had to buy a cutting board and shape it fit in the recessed area, seal it up and install the new light on it.

Don't forget to try checking at your local truck stop. The big rigs often have the same styles of marker lights. Most I've been at have a pretty good selection so they must need replacing often enough for them to stock them.

So how do you remove the marker lights on the top of the front cab? I looked briefly at them once and didn't see how it is done. I really want to make sure they don't leak.

Lots of lighting companies make rv/clearence/led lighting...
Diamond Lighting
Bargman
Made In The USA Lighting
Peterson Lighting
Grote

Probably more out there under trucking lighting and equipment.
Also, if you google up "oval clearence lights", many sights come up, and a lot of pics of whats available.
As for removing the lenses/lights themselves...
Almost all the lenses will pop off. Use a small thin bladed screwdriver..usually there is an indent or very small notch that is used to pry the lens off.
The base of the light is then attached to the body by, usually, two screws.
Take the base off, and you will almost always find 3 holes, two for the screws, and one for the wireing. To make sure they don't leak, simply put a dab of caulk over each hole and re-attach the bases. Did that to all 10 of my lights 5 years ago, using some Dicor. Still water tight.
