Angry “Fullway termination valve”

My Forester is the 3041DS and I’m trying to flush my black tank. Water will not flow through the water connection and there’s a warning sticker that the “fullway termination valve must be open”. Where and what is this valve located. I have removed the 3 draws on the left side of the sink/Vanity and the storage shelving on the right side of the sink vanity and I can’t find any valving any where.
Need help please

Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post.

This question has been asked a lot over the years.

The Fullway Termination Valve is nothing more than your Black Tank Sewer Dump Valve. They don't want you flushing your black tank with the dump valve closed and inadvertently forget, fill your black tank and have real mess!

Your black tank flush check/anti-siphon valve is something completely different and needs no input to use. It is usually located up under the sink vanity. (by code higher than the toilet) There have been reports of them plumbed backwards and or the check valve inside, stuck.
