Question GPS too quiet on 3010

Hello fellow RVers!
Our issue is that when the radio is on, the GPS is too quiet to hear. If I turn the GPS volume up to an understandable volume, the radio has to be blasting. So, needless to say, we haven't been able to use the GPS.
Thank you very much for your help!

In your settings you set the levels. So set your radio to say 3 then GPS to 5.

Your GPS actually works????? 😮.
Mine has given me an error indication since day one. I just haven't had any need to use it yet, or I would have raised a ruckus with the dealer.

Raise the ruckus now while you still have the warranty. Otherwise, by the time you need it the warranty will be over and YOU will be stuck holding the proverbial bag!

I would have it checked by your dealer. My 2017 3010, I'm on my third radio. The radio plays but after a few minutes the volume shuts off then comes back on . The gps was doing the same thing.

GPS

I posted, I think, a question about GPS's. I have a Rand McNally trip maker. Fixed once and now problems again. Any recommendations for a GOOD replacement? I drive a 2017, 30', Sunseeker. Thanks

Thank you! After reading your post, I remembered that 'No', it is not dependable. The last trip we were on, it froze several times. Nothing worked except turning it all off for a while and restarting. Glad we have our phones.

We had issues with GPS freezing also, along with the volume problems. Cheap, cheap, cheap! But still love the 3010DS!

My gps is quite too as of today. It is also my radio and bluetooth to my phone.

Apparently its volume something or other inside went out because now the GPS works but NO sound for even the radio

Does your radio work well ???
Do you know if it is connected to the Ford antenna ???
Does your Forester have a nose that covers the antenna ???

I have to admit, when we get 30 miles give or take from a station we are listening to, we also need to search for a stronger station.
