Gutter Spouts 3010ds

My 2016 3010ds came with rear gutter spouts. My question is Has anyone installed spouts on the Front? If so what kind did you use and how did you mount them?

Local RV store will have them.
There are several kinds though.
Take a picture of the ones you have on the rear with you to buy them and match them up.

One screw and a bunch of goop is what I used.
(goop is a technical term for silicone)

My 2016 3010DS delivered July 2015, came with front gutter spouts. Problem with them is it will drain the water right onto the mirror. That will be on your head as you get out of the cab. Also, In extended winters the water spout dripping on the mirror will encase the mirror in a big ice glob. I still haven't figured out what to do about that. 20 - 30 pounds of ice hanging of the mirror can't be good. I may end up removing my water spouts on the front.

Gutter Spouts

Maybe I am missing something here, but my 2015 3010DS came with gutter spouts on the front and back. When I am not using the Motorhome or parked in a campground I fold my mirrors in and they stay dry and collect no ice and their out of the way to work on the motorhome.

Thanks for the tip on the folding mirror. I actually didn't realize they fold. That's good for winter storage problem. However when the door opens like to at a gas stop the spout still directs the water onto my head or worse yet right into the power window switches of the open door. I'm probably going to look at removing them.

Gutter Spouts 3010ds

We have learned to live with the water on the head. I put on my hat and have a towel handy or I let the awning out a bit and use the house door. Just me, besides, I like the rain.

We have the same on our 3171 and we just push the mirrors in when parked. No problem with ice in the winter and no problem with water running down the mirrors when raining.
