We found out that there must have been problems with the power company and with the near 90* heat a transformer just blew. Our AC is running (thank God) for our generator.
Glad it came back on and the generator worked in the meanwhile.
What was the flashing green light and did it quit flashing when power returned?
If you have a Progressive Dynamics system as we do on our 3051 it will shut off power if under 105 volts or over 125 volts to protect electronics. My numbers may not be exact but you get the idea.
Adding a Progressive Industries system can add to that protection.
Yes, we also have Progressive connected to the power. That is how we knew that the voltage was low. I think green flashing light must be for alerting of low voltage because as soon as the voltage came back up, the flashing light went out.

My Progressive said E2. Which is supposed to be bad ground. Huh? I turned it off for a while, then it was fine.
