Hitch switch question

I'm looking to switch the 5000lbs hitch on my 2013 to the 7500lbs version. My dealer contacted FR and can get a hitch here no problem my question. Is it a simple remove and replace or is it more complicated? Simple hand tools?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
