How move/open the front TV??

Recently (like two days ago) got a Forester 3011DSF. So far so good in getting all the new things figured out, EXCEPT...

It has the front entertainment center with a rather large Visio TV. Now the TV in the bedroom pulls out so you can get behind it (there is some storage there) and add things to the plug-ins on the TV. BUT, for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the big Visio to swing out. I've pulled on the sides, on the top, ran my fingers around it looking for a latch...nothing. Didn't pull overly hard as I didn't want to break anything.

Any help, suggestions, greatly appreciated.

It lifts up from the bottom to access storage behind the tv.

VW thanks for the input. Is there a latch somewhere that I need to unlock? Have pulled on the bottom but seems to be locked or just in there very well.
Couple of small openings in the bottom but don't feel anything when I put my fingers in them. Seem to be more for ventilation..?

Didn't want to pull too hard and break something.

Depending on the year, the TV might not move. My 2014 has a bolted down TV. I'm trying to figure a way to hinge it or put it on a swivel to open up the storage. If anyone has any suggestions.

I assumed you purchased a new 3011. Maybe put the year and model in your signature

Just got email from Forest River and they said the 42" TV is mounted and cannot be moved/opened.
Hmmm, have another question into them about hooking up satellite receiver so will see what they have to say if I can't get to inputs on the TV itself.

P.S. VW, done...thanks

You must have the entertainment package instead of the cab over bed. That has the big tv but it is not 12 volt. My tv is next to the door and is easily viewed from the couch.

The entertainment centers with the 42" TV's & side cabinets with glass doors, the TV's don't move. The connections & power boost switch, a USB port & the switch for overhead lights if you have them, are in the right cabinet on the left side panel. At least on my '16 3050S.

Thanks for the info, Forest River is not telling us something, if the TV stops working today, someone, somehow need to remove and replace the system.

This must meet the national security list of things not to do. LOL

Vizio TV Removal

I just removed my 42" Vizio TV this morning. Mine is mounted in the center above the driver and passenger seats with two cabinet doors on each side. Removal directions are:
1. Remove the 1x3 boards above and below TV. Pop out wood plugs and to get to screws.
2. Once boards are removed there are 4 screws holding TV to wall. Two at top and two at bottom.
3. Now the TV is free to get to back connections.

Thank You RCman, my entertainment center is exactly as pictured.
I'll keep the info and with any luck at all I'll never need it...
