Jensen Navigation System

We have a 2015 Sunseeker 3010DS. The Nav system works but doesn't speak directions. Is there a setting to turn on this feature?

Not in mine now, but there must be a mute in the settings somewhere. Most systems have this.

Not familiar with the Jensen but a wild guess, if it shares the radio controls it's possible the nav voice volume is just turned down.
In my truck if I turn the radio volume knob while the nav is speaking it lowers the nav volume and not the radio. The problem is "when is it speaking". Mine has a button to repeat the last instruction. I can push this button and then crank the volume knob up or down while it's talking.

Yes it’s the same for the Jensen, plus you can turn on/off voice guidance in the “sound and effects” settings.

Thanks. I have selected the voice settings and also the volume switch. I still only hear the speed limit alert. I'll keep searching.

For some reason, I get speed limit alerts in my right ear all the time!

Not sure if you tried it already but I think I read in the manual that you can only turn up the navigation volume once you have a route selected and started.
