Jensen radio hot wire fuse location

Hi all. I'm attempting to add an external amp to the Jensen DVD receiver. There is a brown/white wire which provides 12v and grd to the Jensen. Does anyone know where it goes and how it's fused? BC, your input would be greatly appreciated.

I would call ASA's technical support team, they have all of the information and are readily available, you can reach them at 800-688-3135 (option #3)

Are you sure ASA would have that info? Do they do your factory radio installs? The wire I'm talking about is 12v & grd provided by FR.

They provide the harness. But I'm confirming the wiring with engineering.

The brown is 12v power and the white is ground
Both make a connection at the BCC, white on the
rear of BCC ground bar and the brown connected
to the blue wire in the rear of the BCC, fused inside
the BCC on F7 fuse.

Thanks Brian. That's the info I needed. The fuses in the BCC are not labeled. How do I go about getting a schematic of the BCC?

Hunh, I thought they were printing the BCC info on the backside of the metal cover plate. Maybe that's not the fuses though? Someone on here posted a BCC schematic or BIRD wiring diagram. When I get back in the office I'll see about getting one from engineering.

Oops! Big brain fart there. There is a diagram on the back of the cover. I took it off and set it aside without looking. It still wouldn't have helped with the radio circuit though. The F7 fuse is listed as Aux.

Although there is a diagram on the back of the cover, a more vehicle specific schematic would be nice to have........Thanks
