Just Got Back From Second Big Cruise

Hey All:

My Wife and I just got back from our second Cruise in our 2012 3010 DS. We now have 4500 miles on the Coach. We went to Hilton Head via I-77. The coach handled very well. The transmission was great going down the hills and going up from North Carolina to Virginia on I-77, I was able to maintain 68mph at about 3700 rpm. Very nice and it wasn't uncomfortable at all.

This trip was a lot smoother than our trip to Maine last year( including us not being worried). All systems on the Coach functioned well including the electric hot water heater. The weather was all over the place, had to run the heater a few mornings to get the chill off and the AC later in the week. We had a great time.

The gas mileage seems to be improving we averaged just abut 8 mpg versus about 7 last year.

I wasn't as nervous with the stops and just planned out places to refuel and take a break every 250 miles.

I still have to give Forest River and 8 out of 10 on this Coach.

There some things if they tightened up on. This Coach could be a 9-9.5. It has the makings.

Overall we are very pleased and really proud of this little Forest River Sunseeker with a lot of big boy features.
