Kitchen water faucet

My 2014 Forester 3011ds kitchen water flows very slow compared to hot side of faucet. All other water outlets flow normally. Any ideas on what the problem may be and how to remedy situation?

Most likely a kinked cold water hose. Or some obstruction in the hose or valve. Can you take the valve apart? See if a piece of something is lodged there.
