LCI One Control

Recently purchased a 2019 Forester 3011 DS and I’m trying to locate my One Control gateway in order to set up the app on my phone. Any ideas? Also my screen will go black and only come on by pushing the reset button with a paper clip. More ideas? Thanks very much!

I searched everywhere looking for the code and found it in the glove compartment. 2019 Forester 3051S.

In my 2018 Forester 3051 the gateway code is in the back of the cabinet wall to the right of the microwave. Remember when you put in the code to include the MyRV letters

I helped a friend find his - it required removing a panel in the bathroom to locate the wifi extender and that device had the password on it. Funny how this is something the selling dealer never mentions or helps you get set up...at least mine didn't and I've talked with lots of people who own RVs with OneControl in it and they have the same story.

Typical I guess...sell a unit, collect and get it off the lot as quickly as possible.

Our 2020 Forester 3011 DS has the code readily visible on a module in the storage compartment behind the TV in the bedroom.

Yep,open the tv cabinet in the bedroom. Router and password are there.

You also need an underscore after MyRV_ found this out from tech support 😬
