Leak behind fridge

Have a 3051s Forester 2016 and have a leak behind the fridge (outside) panel. There is a silver wrap around it so before I dive in wanted to know what it was and if I can just turn that off because I’m camping now. Click image for larger version

No knowing the fridge, if it is an electric/propane Dometic fridge, there should be a drain hose attached to the upper part of the fridge. Most folks take this drain hose and put it through the outside panel. I do not see a drain hose in the picture.
If you have an ice maker, could that hose be leaking at the top?
Sorry, best I got.

Could be. Is it a fairly stiff corrugated hose. Hard to tell in the picture. If it is, it is very long. It is supposed connected near the top or 2/3rds up the fridge.

Maybe this will help
