Leaky shower door seal got my woodwork wet

Anyone ever get any of the woodwork in a TT or RV repaired or replaced?
Who does this kind of work other than the factory
2860 DS where the vinyl floor outside the split bath meets the wood to the right of the fridge
I thought I had this problem fixed
Bigger better sweep,lots of silicone caulk and careful drying and wipe up after shower but water got under the threshold on the top of step and soaked and delaminated a small area of the laminated particle board the woodwork is constructed from.
Most would seal it better and live with it but I need to have it fixed,it's driving me a little mad
