Leveler Bracket Failure

We were leaving our campsite on Monday when the Lippert Leveler pump came crashing to the ground! The steel welded on Bracket that holds the Lippert Leveler hydraulic pump broke (metal fatigue) Picture attached. Had to crawl under my 2018 Sunseeker 3050S to disconnect all hydraulic lines and electrical lines to get the pump into a compartment. So I could get home. GOOD THING WE WERE NOT ON THE HIGHWAY AT SPEED!!! When I got home I did more research and found someone else had similar problem, as well as Jayco had a recall for there bracket. https://www.forestriverforums.com/fo...ke-213237.html
I called Lippert to see if I could order a new bracket, they said it was not there's it was FR supplied bracket. So I called FR and left a message. They called back today and said it is a Lippert supplied bracket. FR will have Lippert ship me a new bracket. But I'm responsible for getting it welded and pump reinstalled. I called one dealer who service work is out till end of OCT!!

Find a certified welding shop and let them fabricate and install the bracket. You will be much happier and guaranteed the new bracket will be sturdier!
