I was always told to level first... makes it easier for the slideout motors.

Level side to side first,

Unhitch and level front to rear,

Jacks down,

Slides out.

I just got a new Rockwood Roo and I thought you would put the slides out first and then the jacks down. I guess my thought process on this is incorrect.

OP has a MH with hydraulic jacks and auto leveling(?). I level first then extend my slide
