Lights don't turn on manually

Good evening all, hope you are all doing well.
Had the 2022 Forester 2401B out for the last few weeks. Awesome.
Ran into a couple of things;

Turned on the propane (full), but I can hear or even smell getting to the stove? Does not light with the igniter nor with a bbq igniter.

The other thing, which is very weird, is the lights and the touch panel.
Hello, hoping you can help? For some reason, the lights do not go when I push the interior light buttons. Over the stove, kitchen etc. But when I push the buttons, you can see the "green" led flash so there is power I would assume? (plugged in. 30 amp service) No lights go on manually either.
Also, we have the touch panel as well, this does not turn on when we touch it.
We downloaded the Mira Vegatouch app onto our phone. When using the app, everything works flawlessly, lights, outside lights, awnings, slides etc.

What could be wrong and what can I check? The RV is brand new. Hope you can help. Looking forward to your reply.

I’ll leave the touch panel issues for your lights to someone else.

Did the stove ever work fine?
If you can guarantee that you do have lots of propane, let’s start again.

From propane valve at the tank turned off, you should hear no sound at the burners of the stove from inside. Check?
At the outside propane tank, turn the valve open very slowly, until full open without forcing it past the stop point. Check?
Now go inside and listen for sound at burners as you open each burner tap.
You should here gas. Check?
Individually, open each burner tap and try to light. Let each run with solid flame for about 30 seconds. Check?

Baring all this, it’s possible your LP detector is not working which prevents LP flow to your gas appliances.
