Location of Lippert Generator Genie

Hi,


During a quick four month long trip to the dealer this winter, they replaced the larger 7" wall-mounted tablet on my 2017 Forester 3011DS. I'm now having other issues with it communicating with the generator. Lippert Support needs some info off the Generator Genie (electronic interface between the batteries, the generator, and the One Control system).


I've looked in the generator compartment and in the bedroom cabinet that has the wifi base station in it.


Anyone know where this little bugger is?

Thanks for reply! Dang, not above the fridge.



Also, not in the step with the batteries, under/behind first set of drawers in the kitchen, above the microwave, or under any of the dinette seating.

I will tell you that ours was laying on the bottom of shelf and easy to miss. Not mounted, just laying in a mesh of wires! What a mess!

Try behind bedroom slide out drawers !

As you walk into the bedroom, hard right, start pulling out drawers beneath the wardrobe, I found mine on the left hand side floor of this enclosure. Pics to follow if I can get them to load.

Thanks a ton! I started at the front of the coach and disassembled the sofa, the dinette, the kitchen cabinets, and then the platform bed (thought it would be near the converter and automatic transfer switch). I'll dive under the drawers later this week.

Don't see where you found your genie but on our 3051, the generator genie is behind a removable panel on the left wall just above the stairwell.

Oops! i thought I had mentioned that, on the 3011, it is behind the four small drawers in the bedroom (in a rat's nest of, oh, 17 miles of wiring).
