I took delivery in February
First trip April 23
I’ll let you know.
Will say tires no longer Michelin they are hankook
Toilet no longer porcelain but I knew that going in. Also drawer latch broke already, I think I opened and closed it about 3 times. I expect that though, they are cheaply made. Bought a four pack, hope it gets me through the year. Had a 2014 2650s I traded in. No problems at all with that model. Hoping 3010DS continues problem free. Let me know how you like yours once you break it in.

We purchased a 2017 in January 2017. Love it. We also h ad a drawer latch break but dealer fixed it. We have added maxair vents and a few other mods. Fyi- satellite hook up is located on the roof, then tv hooks up on brown outlet above door. Not the one for the antenna. Took a big trip through 2 provides of Canada & 19 states last summer. Handled good in mountains.

2017 purchased in Dec 2016. 6800 miles so far. Little things, a bit noisy with the foam insulation in the roof. Added wireless remote control air pump for airbags because of where the schrader valves are. Have an adapter to bayonet fitting on gray/black tank drain. If pebbles or rocks get in between the segments of expensive sewer hose it will cause holes. This will adapt the cheaper hoses as a backup.

Why do you have the adapter on your sewer outlet? I don't understand, possibly b/c I haven't used mine yet. I got a plug for the coach side of the hose, I intended to disconnect it, plug the end, and stick it in a bin when not in use.

I too purchased an adapter. It basically is just a short collar that goes from cam lock to the old standard bayonet so you can use legacy equipment.

I think I have one from the dealer (or FR) somewhere in my rig. I'm pulling it back out of storage this weekend to put Hellwig sway bars on the front and rear. I'll try to find the plug. I DID buy the extension Waste Master hose, so I doubt i'd need the bayonet.

Well for one thing the new hose and connector which I love is expensive and is not in any of the camp stores that I have seen. A new hose cost around a hundred bucks.....take good care of it....but if you spring a leak like we did in Florida last year all you have to do is to use the adapter and you can use the cheap hoses at Walmart or other place that sells camping and RV supplies.

Good luck with your purchase !
We have the sister to your unit the Forester 3011DS and I’ll give it two thumbs up ! We have been from Ohio ( where we purchased it) to WV, Va, NC, Ga and home to FL. Then pulling our Jeep to North Ga, Ala, and back to FL, and a few weekend trips here in FL !
Yes we’ve had some small things that needed attention / replacing, but overall we are happy with it !
Hope you enjoy yours !

Bought our 3010 new in 2104. Have had it 4 years now and 27,000 miles, Had some water leak problems early on but took it back to the factory and it was taken care of there. They pulled and resealed all the windows and replaced the door. Have had some minor problems but all were fixed, have had the drawer latch problem , have only had to replace 1 so far,
Love the counter space and the added room, Had a 2004 Coachman Freedom 25ft before that. Forest River has stood up and corrected any problems we have had with it.
We would defiantly purchase another one when the time comes.

Just rolled over 20k with about 24 months on our 2017. Very pleased. We did replace the sway bars with Helwig and put a Blue Ox Trac bar on the back and a Roadmaster steering stabilizer. These are not necessary, but do give it some road manners. We had latches break too and have a bag of these to replace them as they do. (Qty 10) Richelieu Hardware BP55334130 Brass Double Bead Catch 60mm X 11mm Brass Finish https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PF1CYKS?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf. We would buy the same floorplan again.

We did it!!!
We went to the dealership to buy a 2018 Sunseeker 3010DS and ended up buying a 2016 Sunseeker 3010DS!
The reason: we felt the 2016 was a better built machine than the 2018. Because we did a ton of research prior, we immediately saw and felt the lesser quality between the two. And I mean something as small and simple as the quality of the plastic pull handle on the fridge.
Hopefully, the 2 pictures uploaded: one is the side-by-side of our old and new RV and then a single shot of the new 3010DS. I think we made the right decision. We go pick it up next week to bring home.

I've read the bad reviews, they are easy to find, it was the good reviews that I want to read also. I guess when you're happy with a product you don't complain as much as people that are unhappy with their pick.

good review mostly
I have a 2016 3010DS. We have about 16000 miles on it with very few troubles. Yes the latches break, there's a great mouse hole in the battery box you'll want to fix, and a slide motor failed on the bedroom slide. Also a self inflicted awing disaster. Watch out for the door swing out and catching. Other than that it's treated us really well. We spend 8 weeks in it Jan-Mar and every weekend all summer long. Very happy with it.
