Looking to auto-adjust my Ride-Rite air suspension.

I was thinking it might be cool to add a compressor and a control system to maintain and adjust my air suspension. I was wondering if anyone has done this, and what I would need to do this.

I've considered that option as well. Firestone offers kits, See Here, to adjust the air bags and they can also be used with accessories as a on board air compressor for inflating other "stuff". But they are fairly expensive...

Most off road Jeep type shops will offer similar products so you might want to check with them as well.

I installed an air-lift system on our Concord. ( e-450 or f-450 ) and I love it. You can change your inflation on the fly to adjust for rough roads or inflate one bag more psi than other bag. Cost was 300$ I think.

What would be a good starting pressure

for the ride rite air bags? I have a 2017 2800 sunseeker and will be towing a 2002 Toyota Camry. The dealer said they aired it up to 70psi. I am thinking I may need a little more when towing.

We tow a Subaru XV with our Lexi. I run 70 psi in the bags. If your ride is OK with the 70 psi, you shouldn't need to add more if your towing. Towing a toad dosen't really add any "weight" to the rear of your rig. Weight of the tow bars is negligable, and your "towing" not "adding weight"
Also, remember, the bags are rated for 100 psi.

You could probably use semi truck air bag adjuster. It just adjust for height, depending on the load.

I pull a Ford Edge with our GTS2800 and have the airbags set at 55PSI. I've always tried to use the minimum amount of air pressure necessary to adjust for the load. I've found that the more PSI you use the harsher the ride.
