MyRV Password

Just picked up a new Forester 3051 today. As expected the guy doing the PDI was clueless (but at least he was an expert on Newmar coaches). I can see the MyRV Wi-Fi signal on the iPhone but cannot find the password. I know it’s supposed to be printed on a label on the hub....but just where is this hub installed.

Also, the unit was delivered with a full fresh water tank. How does one go about draining this tank. My previous TT had a simple on/off valve at the bottom of the tank but cannot find that on the 3051.

On our 2012 Solera, the fresh water drain valve is accessed through a black “door” on the back wall of the “basement” storage compartment. Standard 1/4 turn valve. Suspect there is something similar on your unit.

Thank you very much. That’s where it is on mine. Turned the valve and it emptied fairly quick.

One control wifi password should be on a black sticker imside the cabinet to left of the coach entry door, other possible locations are in the cabinet above the door or above the sink. The wifi mdule is located behind the coach radio. May be different in a 2019.

I too just bought a 2018 Forester 2401w and am the second owner, just noticed the Myrv on WiFi list, we have looked at the locations suggested in above comments with no luck, I even pulled the coach radio out and there’s nothing behind it either, any other advice ? Also is this have anything to do with the one control touch screen ?

If you can finally connect to the MyRV Wi-Fi and download the app it appears to be a duplicate of the touch screen.

No idiot, sometimes they are hard to find. It is under Lippert or Lippert Components (LCI). The app is entitled LCI OneControl.

2018 3051 - Found our password in the cabinet, above the sink/oven, next to the microwave. It was hidden in that cupboard on a sticker.
