Need Info on 2014 Model Year on 2013 E450 Chassis

I need help with some basic knowledge. We're selling our Forest River Heritage Glen HyperLyte 24RKHL trailer and we moved into a new (to us) 2014 3170DS Sunseeker that's in almost perfect condition. It's a private party buy so no dealer to ask questions. Ex-owner doesn't know much. Is there anyone out there that has this same model that I can talk with to learn what this switch does, or what brand camera I have or is my Fridge Gas and 110v or Gas and 12v, and many more? I have THREE Flat-screen TV's inside and ONE large flat-screen outside this thing and I can't even one of them to show a local channel! It even has one of those Dish Satellites on top.

It's mechanically in great shape, nothing is actually broken. I think, it's more of just knowing how to operate.

Any help, verbally, written, digitally or any other way is greatly appreciated. I'm perfectly willing to talk on the phone or use email or here publicly.

-George

Seeking Sun

Good Morning George,
You are in the right place to get help. You can make getting that help a whole lot easier if you: Include photos of the specific issue. Model numbers if you can.
and a new thread for each issue to keep it simple. What I can suggest is that you check your tires. If you bought a low mileage coach and they are original equipment, they will need to be replaced especially if they are Michelins.
Looking forward to seeing your posts.
Ducky

Thanks for the reply Ducky. Mileage was 49k. The rig has 7 brand new tires. New chassis battery. Thanks for the suggesting the pictures; coming up later today. It's a little gloomy here in PA today.

If your camera and rear view mirror (that is actually a camera monitor) looks like the attached photos, It is most likely an RVS system. RVS stands for Rear View Safety. RVS has also uses some in dash head units. It is an excellent system and they have superior customer support. Note, the hood of the camera in the photo is white. I did that to reflect heat from the sun. They come from the factory all black.

Do you have a crank up TV antenna? If so, it needs to be extended and rotated to catch OTA (over the air) signals. You will have to do an OTA scan for each of the TVs. You may have to do several scans as you rotate the antenna. It would be suggested to do it with one TV. Once you are satisfied, scan the others. That goes for every time you change locations. If it has a dish, that will require a subscription for service

I have a 2014 3170DS as well, without the outside TV. Post your questions and I will answer what I can.
To get your TV’s to work, in left cabinet above the dinette is a switch box. Probably a VS-10. Push the ANT button, raise your antenna, scan the channels. You should see something.
