New Mattress

Hi All,
We have a 2013 Sunseeker 3010DS, we went to get rid of the original mattress and upgrade to a better one. We can order a custom made pillow top coil spring mattress from a local mattress store. It will be the same size as the original one.Does anyone know if this type of mattress will fit through the door? I took some preliminary measurements and it seems like it’s going to be a tight fit.
TIA.

If its the same size as the original one why wouldn't it fit. You have to get the old out to put the new in.

The old one does not have a frame, the new mattress will have a frame.

We took out our original mattress from our 2018 3051 and bought a memory foam mattress. When we took the original out and put the memory foam mattress in, we had to "bend" both mattresses to fit through the door and into the rig.

Got the new mattress installed, no problems, we purchased it at a local mattress store, I didn’t really trust buying something like that online, and I must say it is sweet.

As I age, a good nights sleep on a comfey mattress becomes a much higher priority. I’m glad you accomplished your goal. Sleep Well
