As the title says, he is the NorthWest USA rep.
But if you PM him, he can probably get you the info for the rep in your area.

Tony,
I understand you are the Northwest rep and I live in Ohio, but maybe you can point me in the right direction - Please
Last August my Solar Panel flew of my motorhome coming home on my first prolonged trip while driving back from Florida... Very long story made short, finally the dealership that had repaired it, but not fixed the underlying water damage got the factory to agree to fix it at the factory. This last time I dropped off the motorhome on 17 April and it was supposed to be worked on 01 June. I would like to get an update if possible, the dealership says they have no way of knowing anything going on with the motorhome at the factory and it just shows up some day when the factory has completed the work and can schedule a driver to bring it back.

This is so very shocking to me, but this may be standard operation for this industry so I will sit and wait. But if you can get me a name and phone number for the Forester River Forester factory you could help me with my anxiety attacks.

If this is SOP, then so be it. Please respond if you have any information to help me even though I am in the Midwest.

Jim

Only if they are interested on being here. There is no requirement for them to be here. Only if they choose. Sorry!

FYI....he's the NW rep, but that doesn't mean he can't help in other areas

When I started on FRF back in 2007, I was also the NW sales rep. That's just where I traveled, it did not limit who I could help.

And knowing them all personally....do we really want the cranky midwest guy helping customers?

Or, we can only let him on from Wed-Thurs....that's about the time he warms up for the week.
