OK .. I'm stumped. HWH bypass valves??
Hello all.
New 2020 Sunseeker 3050S owner here. Previously owned a 1996 Jamboree C-Sport, so I'm not new to owning a Class C RV. However, in the Jamboree, I was able to access the HWH bypass valves by lifting up the dinette bench seat.
In the Sunseeker 3050S, I have no idea where to look!! The HWH is located near the RV door, and the only place it could be is under the fridge. I don't see any sort of removable panel under the fridge to get to it.
So any hints would be greatly appreciated.

On my 2017 3050s, the bypass valves are behind a screwed in panel under the refridge

X2 with mine. 4 screws in corners of a 12"x24" panel under the fridge. It will always be directly behind the HWH.

The water pump in my 5er is hidden behind a panel next to the fridge, and the HWH bypass is beneath and behind one of the kitchen drawers. I think the manufacturers like to play mind games. For the HWH behind the panel, I took out the four screws, put a decorative pull knob on the panel and reattached the panel with Velcro. Now I don't have to search for the Phillips screw driver when I need to get in there.

These manufacturers like to drive us crazy. In my first TT the HWH was under the bathroom storage cabinet. There was an outside storage area there also. Only problem was I would have to squeeze my head and upper body in it to reach the bypass values. The RV tech who showed me had arms like a gorilla and just had to reach in to get to them. I finally cut a "doorway" next to the toilet so I could reach them easier. My second TT they were behind a screwed in panel under the fridge. By the third winter, I decided to try something different. After I unscrewed the panel, I used velcro squares to attach the panel. Works great.

Looking at a photo of a 3050S, your water heater and furnace are very close to being located under your fridge lower vent.
Have you looked in the cargo box compartment directly underneath, and looked at the ceiling inside that compartment for access to the water heater?

if you can see the tank, ours are the side & top of it. I know we access ours via the port hole under the edge of the bed but yours (no doubt) will be different as we found out over the last few days!! Good luck!!

It looks to me like your HW heater is *not* bypassed so you should have hot water when opening a faucet.
