OneControl App on iPhone has died
Since updating my iPhone to version 11.0, the LCI app OneControl no longer functions. The app actually dies and goes away. Just wanted to let everyone know, before you find out the hard way.
Hopefully LCI will resolve the issue. Anyone in contact with them?

I have e-mailed LCI but have not received an answer. I have a cheap android LG pay as you go smart phone and I am using that on WiFi only, till LCI fixes it.

Got a reply. They said their app team is working on a fix. They knew IOS 11 was coming out and had plenty of time to update.

Just wondering how you make a fix for something that is not out yet? They normally dont release that kind of information a head of time! I could be wrong, just wondering!

There are beta versions of the OS that developers get before a release.
That being said, I NEVER update a phone when a brand new major version comes out. I wait until the first revision of that new version comes out. Skip 11.0 and update when 11.1 comes out. They get a lot of bugs fixed for that 11.1 build.

For something to try before waiting for the app to get upgraded. Remove the app and reinstall. That sometimes helps with issues like this.

Maybe OneControl is fixed..
The RV is in storage so I haven’t tried using my iPhone to control the slides etc., but after recent updates, the OneControl App doesn’t die now. I bet they got it fixed.

I just looked at my phone and the App stay's up now., will have to test functionality

Update, After the upgraded app was installed on phone, I haven't gotten to the RV to today, I am able to connect to the MyRV wifi connection, but when I start the app it will not connect to the gateway and doesn't offer any errors, the only options are to try again or run the setup wizard. I have run down both paths but they end at the gateway. Maybe I will try to reboot the router. Anybody have these issues after upgrading the App on the IPhone??

Lippert’s OneControl works on iPhone again now
Issue of OneControl App not working after iPhone was updated to 11.x, is now resolved. Just go to App Store and update OneControl.

It didn't resolve for me, until I reset the router, then it started working
