model and type of unit would be helpful.
is this a stand alone grill or one that was supplied with your unit?
If it was supplied, there should be a connection at the back (or therabouts) of your unit which will connect to the grill.

well some details are required.

do you have removable refillable propane cylinders or a welded on horizontal propane tank. most likely cylinders for travel trailers and 5th wheels, horizontal welded tank for a motor home.

do you want to actually hook the grill up directly up to the rv propane tank and still use the regulator that came with the grill? or do you want to hook the grill up to a propane quick connect fitting on the rv?

what type of rv? what type of grill?

A hose shop will have everything you need, just take in the short hose that comes with the BBQ. Not talking garden hose shop but one that supplies hose and fittings to diesel trucks and associated.

You could hook directly to your large propane tank or splice into the line coming out of the tank. I'd go with the former, thats what I did with my former RVs that didn't have an additional fitting for the BBQ that seems standard on most new RVs.

Propanegear.com

They answered my questions thoroughly and I've successfully modified both a Weber Q and now a Blackstone Tailgater with their products.
