No need to yell....... no sound here.

Did you run clear out?

Does the stove light?

Did they close the main valve (does it have one) by mistake?

Check that the main valve on the tank is open and also look for a valve down stream of the regulator someone may have shut these while filling the tank.

Turn off the propane. Disconnect the line from the tank and let it sit for 5-10 mins. Reconnect the tank then turn the valve on very very slowly until you hear propane flowing. Stop wait a minute or two then open the valve the rest of the way. When you remove the tank, the lines purge and when you reconnect and turn on, the safety valve in the tank sees a high flow of propane ( filling the lines) and thinks it is an free flow situation and shuts down.

propane stops

on most of the newer tanks if the valve is opened too fast the safety of the new valves is to shut it off. As I recall you shut off the valve on top of the tank take the hose loose to relieve the pressure, hook up the hose, gently, very gently open again and safety part will be reset..

Check the propane alarm panel is energized and also the solenoid valve on the tank is hot to the touch suggesting it's online and open.

Its was not run out of propane,
All was working fine before the fill up. The main valve was off at the tank. No gas to the stove or fridge. I have turned the valve off and opened very slowly a few times, Still nothing,

The safety valve will reset much faster if the line is removed and the pressure released for a short time. It will reset on it's own without removal, but can take quite a while. Glad it is fixed.
