Quick (cheap) bunk fence

For those with juniors along for the trip here is a quick Home D fix. A peice of closet rack, two L brackets, a piece of pvc, and misc fasteners. The weight placed on top of the mattress keeps it from pivoting outward and failing. I flip it around around 180 degrees and stow it at the front of the cap, it still allows the bed to be flipped up without interference. Also get a free closet rack for towels....

I don't have juniors around the house anymore, but I do have a top bunk that seems to buck anything I put on it off while traveling and into the path of the slide out. I was looking for a solution to that problem. You got it!
Thanks, RMc

Bed Bath and Beyond sells a folding fence that you can fold up and store under the mattress when not in use.
