Repair split water line Sunseeker MBS 2400W

Need help repairing split waterline. Its a 2020 Sunseeker MBS 2400W. The metal pipe leading to the outside shower split. The pipe is inside a 3 inch diameter sleeve approx. a foot long. Access is tough. How do I access this to repair? It looks like a design flaw

I’m guessing this is the result of improper winterizing. Regardless of the cause you’ll need to replace the damaged line. Since it sounds like direct access to the damaged section is not possible you’ll need to find access farther down the line so you can remove the entire segment. See what’s on the other end of the sleeve. You might have to remove a cabinet or something else. Perhaps the sleeve will actually make it easier to extract the broken pipe.
