I guess finding a replacement bunk ladder is not at the top of anyone else's priority list but since we seem to be using it a lot this year I decided to find a better option. Additionally, I have been thinking about getting some sort of ladder/step stool to help reach various points on the outside of the RV since I'm a very tall 5'7"
Turns out the solution to finding a better bunk ladder was not to replace it with a bunk ladder at all. Operating an RV tends to revolve around maximizing efficiencies. I.e You buy one thing that serves multiple purposes. With that in mind I found a Werner 3 Step folding stool that works really well as a bunk ladder and is also tall enough to reach many of the places on an RV that I could not otherwise. It also stores nicely behind the driver side seat for easy access although I still need to figure out how to secure it.
