Unplug the jack on the back of control then plug back in to see if resets Auto mode

From your pictures it appears at least one of jack up position switches have a bent plunger. If it is bent the system will not properly sense if the jack is extended or fully retracted. The pins are easily replaced by unscrewing the switch and removing the damaged pin. The pins are standard 1/4” clevis pins, I believe they are 2” long.

Its been bent ike this for years. Shortly after we bought it new we had a bent pin and they bent it straighter than it was (like it is now) and all worked fine. I'll look at removing it when I get braver

Replaced the cylinder

My RR cylinder needed to be replaced. $700+ if memory serves me correctly. The cylinder went down but it would not lift the camper. The other problem I had with retracting was traced to air in the lines. Followed the bleeding procedure and all is well.
