I would suspect the closest vent fan or the seam where the front cap connects to the roof.
On the vent, pull the plastic trim and check. May see water stain.
On the roof along the front cap/roof connection, inspect the caulk, looking for the smallest crack. When you find a crack, push on it and see if water comes out. If there is water, remove the caulking in the area, clean and reapply. Be liberal with your application. A couple of inches on both sides should be adequate.
Inspect all seams.
There are several products on the market that fall into two categories. Tape and caulk.
I use Sikaflex 715 - Self leveling roof sealer. Is it the best, I don’t know.
The tape is Eternalbond tape that I think works well. A lot of folks swear by it and I have a vent that I have taped.
PS, I think I would pull that sealing panel down and let things dry out.
I would not use Flexseal. I think the jury is still out on its effectiveness. Hope this helps a bit. Post back when the problem is resolved.
