Does anyone have the roof plans for a 2012 Sunseeker 2300?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I don't know that there is such a thing as roof plans. You may have better luck telling the forum whey you need them folks may have an answer for you. You could try contacting FR.

I contacted Forest River before about these plans and the only ones they had were the side walls. What bothers me is the fact that it's rated 1 out of 5 and 2 out of 5 on these shots, so what about the other 3?
FR keeps telling me they don't have them so I was wondering if a member here might have them.
I really need those plans to locate the roof trusses.

Did you try using a stud finder, like you would use on an interior wall at home? Once you calibrate it, it works on change in density. Worth a shot!
