Roof question on a Sunseeker 2860

I have found some deterioration under the rubber roof on our 2005 Sunseeker 2860. The place is directly under the rubber roof where I located a small hole in the membrane. I am curious of what kind of plywood/wafer board is the roof constructed out of and what might the thickness of that product be? Anyone repaired a small amount of roof damage?? Suggestions maybe

A little late but FR uses 3/8" plywood, I have the same problem from a little hole, it delalmenated and now it will cost me 5400.00 to replace the roof. Get some tape and seal it.
