Happens all the time! Just the nature of the forums. I get in and out towing a 20 ft. car trailer but didn't include that. (52')

If you look to the right-hand collum you will see "Recent Discussions". There is nothing there to tell you what forum it is in. Also one might have the answer to a problem that someone has with a Sunseeker even though they don't own one. Most are kinda helpful that way. Then also some people enjoy hijacking a thread. Sit back and enjoy.

We don’t have any Sam’s Clubs up here in Canada that I’m aware of but we have lots of Costcos with gas stations. There are 3 within a 45 minute drive from my place. Height of the canopy is not a problem but I would never try to use one pulling my 32’ TT.
Ajax
Oshawa
Peterborough
At the Ajax and Oshawa locations you’d be crucified if you tried to pull a long trailer through because they’re both tight and always have long lineups (except, it seems, when Google took these satellite pictures!). Oshawa is frequently lined up out to the street. The Peterborough Costco is not nearly as busy and you could pick times when there aren’t more than 1 or 2 cars ahead in line. Still, at that station exiting back out to the street would be a challenge with a longer trailer.

Best time I found to fill the RV at Costco was after rush hour in the morning and about an hour before lunch. After the workers and before the shoppers!

I don’t think you are going to have a clearance issue at all. Just getting to a pump on a Saturday is a problem as there is usually a line. Week days should be OK. I pull a small TT & have never had a problem, but I never go on a Saturday. Sunday’s seem to be OK though.
If Sam’ looks, bad just skip it. There are other gas stations nearby which you can get into.

We can't answer your question specifically.
A google satellite view would maybe help if you wanted to look up your Sams.
Once you have a few trips under your belt you will be able to judge for yourself.
We wish you good luck, happy camping and welcome to FRF!

This is a shot of the Sam’s Club where I fuel my 32’ Forester. I use the outside lane, which gives plenty of room to pull in and out. I have not had a problem here.

Sam's here in Wake Forest NC is too tight for most RVs and tag alongs or 5vers are out of the question. As for the tanker, driver has to wrangle his way thru the parking lot and into the fuel area going against the traffic flow, then back out....poor tanker drivers.

Because the question that was asked isn't specific to Class C motor homes. It's about maneuvering around gas pumps, which is something that anyone that has towed a trailer has had to deal with at one time or another.

That's true, but if you are on the full site, it shows exactly which forum you are in after you open the thread right above the first post.

However, that is not usually seen until after the post has been made.
However, I'm in agreement that this is not just a motorhome issue.
RV's are RV's...no matter what shape or size!

Couldn't find a Google Maps shot of my old Costco, but here is one from the ground.
There is no way to pull an RV out of there.

I get all of the posts on my feed, and they are not segregated. I have no idea from which forum a post originated. Some things, such as this post, we all share in common. Driving a Class C and towing a Jeep is not that much different from towing a TT or 5er. Does it really matter?

True. The information is there, it's just a matter of getting people to read it.

If you go to the first posting, you see SunSeeker. After that, unless you start from the first one every time, you don't see SunSeeker. Sorry!

Technically, it's at the top of each page of posts as well. So depending on how you have your settings, you'll see it every time you go to a new page.
So if you have it set for 10 posts per page, you'll see it above post 1, 11, 21, 31, etc...
Like I said, it's just a matter of getting people to scroll up a little bit and read it.

... and you certainly don’t have to wait until after you post to see the name of the sub-forum.
