Sewer valve ?

Hi gentlemen, have a probable basic question. When i need use this valve ( see photos). In reality i have no idea what is that !

It's exactly what it says, Sewer flusher. When you hook up a hose to the connection it will flush out your black tank of any residual nasty stuff. Be sure your black tank valve is open when you use this feature.

That is to rinse out your blackwater tank. When you dump your sewer, some solids and paper stick to the walls and sensors in your sewage tank. You hook a hose to this input connection and it has a sprayer inside the tank that help clean out any deposits of paper or solids that gravity left behind.

It's what it says it is. It flushes out your black tank. Inside your black tank, there is probably a rotating swing arm that sprays water and washes the tank out. You connect a grey colored hose to the faucet at the dump station and then connect the other end to the "sewer flusher" connector. Turn on the water and watch. Make sure the dump valve on your black tank is open. That's what the warning at the bottom of the label means. I use a clear extension on my sewer pipe outlet so I can see when the black tank is clean. Hope this helps, and sorry for being long winded.

That lable would imply that your black tank is not vented and if it is not it would be unusual. Typically you would hook up that inlet to a water source and turn on the water and then open your dump valve and allow all the waste to drain. You will see the water continue to drain with a diminished flow from the clean out input. Close your dump valve and allow the clean out input to continue for a minute or so and/or monitor your black tank fullness indices to make sure you do not overfill the holding tank. Once the tank has received an abundent amount of clean out water open the dump valve and drain the tank. If you have a see thru adapter on your sewer hose you will probably see some nasties that did not get dumped the first time and if you do see some then just repeat the process as previously described till the dump runs clear. Shut off the clean out water and close your dump valve and your done. The vent will allow the clean out water air expansion to be alleviated. Now, if you do not have a black water vent then by all means do not close your dump valve with an input from the clean out port. One other thing, there is probably an anti back flow valve in the clean out line and so when disconnecting your hose from the port some residual water may be expelled. Do not panic, it will be just the water in the line from the backflow valve to the input port (clean water).

Pretty much what bubbles said x2. I dump it, fill it for 5-6 minutes, dump it and so on about 4 times. I use the same water and sewer hook ups in the shop just about every time, so I'm comfortable with my timing. First couple of times, I started with the empty tank, started the water and the stop watch, went inside and watched through the toilet until I was satisfied with the water level. This is where I established the 5-6 minutes. Key is, don't get side tracked. Had that happen once and dang near made a mess. Another thing that we do 99% of the time, is either wait until we get home to dump it in the shop, or wait until after a days travel and dump at our destination if available, this way it's all churned / mixed well. We also use the "Geo Method" opposed to the typical chemical you put in the tanks. Do a search and you'll find all kinds of info on this. Pretty much a home rememdy that works in my opinion, better. 10 years+ on the road cleaning the tanks as mentioned, and I haven't ever had a sensor go bad or a line clog. After the tanks are cleaned, if the RV is going to sit for a few weeks, I'll put some water and pine power (dollar store version of pinesol) in the black and gray tanks. Makes the toilet smell like a clean kitchen.

I second the use of pinesol and the use of fabric softener.
