Shower drain issue 3170DS

So last time I emptied both the black and grey
tanks I noticed that the water in the shower drain was not emptying. Tried a plunger but water level would not subside, any help on how to resolve this as I am having it winterized soon and want to make sure there isn't any water anywhere it shouldn't be. As always, thanks for the help.

If it's just water in the trap that you're seeing, that's normal and most people pour a little RV antifreeze in the traps to alleviate freezing damage. A plunger won't get all the water out of a trap. You could remove the drain grate and take a shop-vac and suck it all out, but then you're going to have odors coming into the RV from the holding tank. (Yes, there are odors, even if it's empty.)

X2 Bama Rambler I like to pour RV antifreeze directly into the traps to ensure they are protected and that antifreeze enters the holding tanks and is up against the dump valve
