My 2014 3051s didn't come with a shut off either. I bought the "Camco 43712 RV Shower Head with On/Off Switch (Off-White)" from Amazon for $14 and have been extremely happy with it. I do have to point the shower head at the wall when turning back on as I do get a small amount of mixing when I turn it off to soap up.
