Shower leak in 3010ds

I have a leak at the base of my shower, primarily on the right, under the shower door. The water is leaking from underneath the floor pan running down the board outside the shower. It is now going back in today to the dealer for the 4th time to try to fix it. In the past they have caulk the heck out of the base of the inside of the shower and the frame but with no improvement.
The link below to the video shows it very well.
Any insight into how to fix it would be appreciated.

I took a picture a while back of the backside of shower surround and how it installs. I'll see if I can find it. We don't caulk that because the mfg tells us not to (not sure why). If they caulked it all...it tells me it may be getting into the shower door somewhere and leaking behind the caulk line.

BC,
Thanks for the response.
That link does not show the shower surround.

When I click on it I get this. (that is the backside of the surround). If you read through that link, sounds like a similar problem.

Help! My shower is still leaking after the 5th trip to the dealer to fix it. Fortunately it is so far covered under the warranty, although I am now 13 months past the date of purchase.
The service dept. has been very nice but I am very concerned about actually getting this permanently fixed.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how I can assure this get fixed??? I have not yet contacted FR and I don't think the dealer has sought any guidance on repairing it either. I don't want go upset the dealer, but am afraid if they just caulk it again without consulting the manufacturer about the problem and repair it's not going to be fixed.
Thanks for any input.

that is such a weird spot..I thought maybe it was the drain leaking...but it would have to go back uphill to get out where it is.

I would suggest the dealer remove the shower door and take a look. Seems like it has to be the door.

Any further info on this?

I think that is what they did this week; removed the door and resealed it. I am waiting to hear back from them on that now....
Thanks.
