Slide closure 3951S

We are doing our final walk thru on 3051S. Just noticed the slide doesn't close up flush like most others. It does not appear to be a flaw, but rather the design as there is a ridge behind the gasket that prevents it being flush.

Has anyone had any issues with this as a problem?

Sorry if this has already been addressed. I'm under a little pressure right now

Kathy, is it a 2017 or older model? I have a 2014 3051s and there was always a gap at the bottom of the front edge of the slide. They just fixed it for me at the FROG Rally in Goshen as that had been a recurring problem on the older units. I would thing if you had a new 2017 model they would have fixed this issue by now.

Can you post a photo?
Many slides do not close 'flush' as there is a rubber seal/gasket that gets squeezed between the slide itself and exterior wall that provides the sealing when the slide is closed. Depending on the thickness of the seal, the slide may stick out a tiny bit.
