Smile [SOLD] need input on selling my 2013 SunSeeker

I'd like to get the community to price my Sunseeker. It is a 2300 with 32k, dinette converted to 2 reclincers (still have the dinette) with Bigfoot auto levelers in excellent shape. It has been stored in a covered location for most of the time. Has all the standard options. New tires in 08/18 with less than 5k on them. New batteries in the last year. Thanks in advance for your input!!

I would go to NADA and get the price from there it is more realistic with regard to what a bank will lend for the rig and gives you a solid starting place.

do a nationwide search on rvtrader.com and look for same model to see what others are asking for private party sales.

Based on RVTrader Asking prices...I'd be listing yours at $39.9 and hoping to get mid 30's. NADA says average is $32500 and I added some credit for condition, low mileage and add ons. Just my opinion.

Thanks, Nada price is $44k as our unit has auto leveling. But that seems high to me. Most are listed somewhere around $39 on RV Trader. I'm looking for a quick sale, so I'm think $32?

A quick sale does not necessarily equate to selling low. We sold our Sunseeker 2500TS a couple of years ago. We detailed the unit to impeccable condition, did our homework, did a very detailed description, and posted the ad on craigslist with 24 pictures. It was advertised high. We got more than we expected and sold it in a week to the first people to look at it. It was the condition and presentation that sold it. That was not a quirk. Our buyers sold the MH the following year and also were pleased with their selling price.

We sold our Gulf Stream Ameri-lite camper to the first couple who looked at it a couple of months ago, right after purchasing our Sunseeker. We cleaned it thoroughly to cleaner than new. This included cleaning all of storage compartments and getting all of our junk out of it. Once it is empty, it makes cleaning a lot easier. I also touched up the tongue and bumper with black spray paint. a We listed it on Craigslist on Friday and sold it on Sunday afternoon. Probably luck, but I think the preparation definitely helped.

Agree 100% detailing and presentation is well worth the effort. I have seen numerous coaches listed on various sites including dealers with dirty tires, not washed parked in high grass and asking top dollar! SMH
