squeaking/noisy slideouts

We have a 2014 Forest River Forester 3011DS and it has only been used not even a dozen times and we bought it had only been used twice and the 2 slides go in and out fine but they make a lot of noise, squeaking and squealing the whole way in and out. Could part of it be that its new and not worn in yet, will it get better the more its used. I wouldn't think a new camper would need to be lubed yet or would it, and where do you lube it, we are new to having slide outs on an rv

Could be just the rubber seals squeaking. There is a rubber seal conditioner/treatment you can put on them that will quiet it down some. If the sound is more metallic in nature, then you may be having problems. Not sure what type of slides you have.

My 3.5 year old 3170 swintek slide is also noisy. Yes the maintenance is done by me per video using the CRC product. The seals are dressed often with a slide seal conditioner. The gear rack is cleaned and a dry lube used. The bottom of the slide is smooth and clean. Not waxed. Rollers that i can see are clean and free turning. What i can not do is apply lub from the inside. Mine still just as noisy as when new. I want to pull the front panel to vacuum but can not locate the screws. Love to hear from someone who has done this.
If you discover the nature of the noise, please post.
